Art workshop with Solar students for ‘Acessos’ exhibition

Artists Claudia Malaguti, Isabela Frade, Miro PS and Nadia Aguilera, participants of ‘Acessos’ exhibition, exhibited at Solar Art Gallery, came to Solar on the 15th to give an art workshop to students of 7th and 8th years of Elementary School II.

Artists explained the inspiration behind the 6 exposed pieces, all inspired on the theme “come and go”, and worked in a more playful way the ladder designed in the gallery.

Students expressed their opinion about art, comparing it with reality. They talked about the details, the optical illusion, the distension and the human being interaction with the ladder.

Finally, they performed a kind of Flash mob and an individual representation on the ladder. Each one with autonomy and central role in the creation of its pose and performance.

Works will also be exhibited at Solar Art Gallery.
