This taxs incentives are valid only in Brazil.
The company whitch tax is based on “Lucro Real” can donate part of it income tax (IR). The company whitch is not framed in “Simples”, can donate part of it Service Tax (ISS). Donations are made for Solar Meninos de Luz prjects , by renounce and tax deduction, through incentive laws.
Rouanet Law (Cultural Incentive Law), allows the company to invest up to 4% of ‘IR’. Municipal Cultural Incentive Law (ISS/R) allows the company to invest up to 20% of own tax due each month. In both cases, the tax deduction may reach 100% of the amount invested.
In return, investors will have their brand disclosed in Supporters area of the site, project’s promotional material and will be cited in press relations campaigns.

Rouanet Law
The project aims to carry out music education activities in two modules: training musical groups, choirs and orchestra, with Brazilian musical cultural identity and their influences, and audience training for classical music, at Cantagalo and Pavão-Pavãozinho communities.
The project aims to carry out theatrical education classes for Solar Meninos de Luz students. Workshops will be held over 10 months and will serve children and youth, 4 to 15 years.
Municipal Cultural Incentive Law (ISS – RJ)
The project aims the formation of a Choir with young people, 11-17 years old, of Cantagalo and Pavão-Pavãozinho communities.
The project aims to carry out theatrical education classes for Solar Meninos de Luz students. Workshops will be held over 10 months and will serve children and youth, 4 to 15 years.
Student Orchestra formation with children and youth served by Solar Meninos de Luz Institution.
Conducting choro and percussion workshops for children and youth of Cantagalo and Pavão-Pavãozinho communities served by Solar Meninos de Luz.
Implementation of a Digital Library, creating virtual book clubs and a set of classroom activities to encourage the practice of reading in Paulo Coelho Community Library.
