Grandma’s Day at Solar

On 26 July, Grandmother’s Day is celebrated. According to research conducted by Brigham Young University in the United States, the emotional relationship between grandchildren and grandparents has a significant impact on the academic and psychological life of the child, as well as their social development.

To celebrate this date and to recognize this person so important in our students lives, the Pre-School classes paid homage. Their grandmothers gathered together to watch the children sing and dance to the song Trem-Bala (Train-Bullet), by Ana Vilela.

After the presentation, which thrilled them all, they had breakfast with their grandmothers. Breakfast was delicious and included cakes, pies, pastels, cheese rolls and even cupcakes.
